6CJ6 SHORTWAVE TUBE TRANSMITTER

Despite modest power level this 8 watt QRP AM vacuum tube shortwave transmitter is capable of remarkable long-distance reception. Transmitter uses a 6BX6 crystal oscillator driving a 6CJ6 RF power amplifier to produce 8 watts of RF output power. Internal tube pre-amplifier, phase splitter and dual 6BW6 audio amplifier. Simple, rugged, and built for enthusiasts who appreciate the art of traditional shortwave transmission, just pure vacuum tube performance. Transistors?? Fuhgeddaboudit!

The transmitter uses a 12BY7A crystal oscillator, QQV03-10 clamp stage and two GU-50 vacuum tubes in the RF amplifier delivering the punch. Multiband (9.2x and 15.0x kHz) AM tube shortwave transmitter with CV5121 oscillator, EL86 clamp and two 807 RF power amplifier tubes in parallel. Output power 50 watts. With high level anode and screen modulation, this AM tube transmitter produces rich audio quality and strong signal presence, making it well suited for consistent shortwave transmission.
70W AM Transmitter

AM tube shortwave transmitter using CV5152 oscillator, PL84 buffer stage and two 807 RF power amplifier tubes in parallel. Audio low pass 220 Hz & high pass 5.5 Khz filter. Nominal output power 70 Watts. With increased output and refined audio control, this transmitter strikes a balance between power and signal quality ideal for dependable AM shortwave transmission.
35W AM Transmitter

This AM (with 100% mod and high level modulation system) tube shortwave transmitter combines compact design with multiband (3.9x and 6.2x kHz) capability, making it an efficient and versatile solution for shortwave operation.
